Our website offers an AI-powered chat assistant that helps you get information about our services, discuss your order and product configuration, and request quotes. The chat starts only after you provide your first name, an e-mail address or phone number, and accept this Privacy Policy.

Data we collect: your name, contact details (e-mail and/or phone number), the contents of your conversation (including order and configuration details you choose to share), and the page you started the chat from.
Purpose: to answer your questions, prepare quotes, and follow up on your enquiry.
AI processing: chat messages are processed on our behalf by artificial-intelligence providers — OpenAI and Anthropic — acting as data processors to generate responses. Your messages are not used by these providers to train their models.
Storage: conversations and enquiry details are stored securely in our database hosted by Supabase. E-mail notifications about new enquiries are delivered via Resend.
Security: the chat form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse.
Local storage: the widget stores a technical session identifier in your browser’s local storage so your conversation can continue if you reload the page. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
Retention and rights: chat data is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our legitimate business records. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your chat data at any time using the contact details below.
