PVC Card Types

Matt White PVC Cards — opaque white rigid PVC with a soft matt finish. Our most popular PVC choice — clean, professional, does not show fingerprints. Perfect for membership cards, business cards, and trade-show giveaways.

Frosted PVC Cards — semi-translucent PVC with a light-diffusing haze that scatters background light. Feels premium in-hand — popular with luxury brands and modern minimalist designs.

Transparent PVC Cards — fully clear PVC. Print only the ink your design needs and let the background show through. A genuinely memorable card — costs slightly more but almost guaranteed to be kept on a desk.

Coloured-Core PVC — white PVC with a contrast-colour inner layer (black, red, gold) visible on the edges. Adds unexpected dimension without the cost of full edge-painting.

Double-Sided Full-Colour UV — both sides printed with fully saturated UV-cured inks. Metallic silver and gold inks available for accents.

Embossed or Foil on PVC — gold or silver foil stamping works beautifully on matt white PVC. Adds a luxury touch to an already durable card.

2. Free design check — designers review for PVC-specific print-readiness (white ink layers for transparent, minimum stroke widths) and fix issues free of charge.

3. Digital proof — PDF proof before print. Physical proof available for luxury or long runs.

4. Print and delivery — typically 3-5 working days from approval. Pickup in Naxxar or Malta-wide delivery.

Yes. We use a layer of white ink under the coloured print so your design shows clearly — the transparent effect comes from the areas you leave un-printed.

Do you offer foil or metallic finishes on PVC?
Yes — gold and silver foil stamp directly on matt white PVC. Metallic inks available as part of normal CMYK plus white printing.

Can PVC cards have rounded corners?
Yes, 3mm radius is standard. Custom die-cut shapes available for larger runs.

What file formats do you accept?
PDF, AI, or EPS with 3mm bleed. Outlined text. 300 DPI for any raster elements.
